Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policies

  1. Order Cancellation Timeframe: Customers can cancel their orders within 5 minutes of placing them without any charge. Please call us at 02892 677 477 to cancel an order.
  2. Refund Policy: If the order is cancelled within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Orders cancelled after 5 minutes may not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Order Modifications: Any modifications to an order should be made within 5 minutes of placing it. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed and my be subject to additional charges.

  5. Third-Party Orders: If the order was placed through a third-party delivery service, their cancellation and refund policies will apply.
